“Galawa Residence” is the first fully Italian project operating in Marsa Alam.
Divided into two phases. With a total surface of approximately 5000 m2.

FIRST OPERATIONAL PHASE :
Ground floor: reception, shopping mall, restaurant and service areas.
First floor : 20 apartments – sold out (to Italian),  delivered in July 2007.

SECOND PHASE:
Delivery in 12 months
Ground floor: apartments, pool, showers, bar and shops.
First floor: apartments, on the whole 30 apartments.

“Galawa Residence” has now started the sales for the SECOND PHASE, at the present moment there are only a few available apartments left; we are very enthusiastic about creating and finalizing this project in Marsa Alam.

The property has delegated the assignment to Studio Tamini in Milan, Italy; an experienced professional regarding hotel constructions / apartments in Egypt, where, among others, the Studio realized the complete Coral Bay structure in Sharm El Sheik and other projects.
Special interest was given to the finishing and to the choice of material. “Galawa Residence” has been built with a clear qualitative differentiation. “Galawa Residence” is located in the centre of Marsa Alam, in Arabian style.
